Enquiries and your information

The appointment form collects your name and phone number, plus any email, department, doctor, preferred date or message you provide. These details go to the hospital's enquiry-management system for responding and coordinating your request. An accepted enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Please do not include medical reports, identity documents or unnecessary health details.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics automatically to understand visits to our six main public pages, button/link actions and enquiry-form starts, attempts and outcomes. GA4 uses cookies and pseudonymous identifiers, and Google processes technical data such as IP addresses, approximate location and browser/device information. This is not simply an anonymous visitor counter.

Our custom events use sanitized page addresses and general action categories. We do not send form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses, doctor/department/date selections, query strings, fragments, button labels or raw link destinations to Analytics. This Privacy Policy page, the private ERP portal and unknown/private routes are excluded. Clicks do not establish that a call or conversation took place. Advertising personalization, Google Signals and Meta Pixel are off.

We configure Analytics cookies to expire after one year without extending their lifetime on each visit; browser rules may shorten that period. Saved analytics refusals, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals stop our Analytics loader. Browser cookie or tracking controls can also restrict collection.

Hosting, maps and other services

Our Azure-hosted website and enquiry system process information needed to serve requests. Hosting may involve IP addresses, requested addresses, timestamps and browser information. Google Maps is embedded on Contact and may receive technical data or use its own cookies independently of Analytics. Links to Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram lead to separately operated services with their own privacy terms. Google and other providers may process information outside India.

Retention and privacy questions

Enquiry information is kept for follow-up and necessary administrative or record-keeping purposes. Retention of enquiry records, server logs and backups depends on those purposes and applicable obligations; the Analytics cookie lifetime above is not a retention period for hospital records. Contact the hospital about retention, access, correction or deletion requests, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
